Nikki Wesley, 23, Burton Street, Warren, felonious assault and a misdemeanor of carrying a concealed weapon.
Reginald D. Bullard, 34, Burton Street S.E., Warren, possession of cocaine.
Joshua Devereaux, 18, Castle Rock N.E., Howland, theft.
Nathan W. Cook, 21, Irvine Avenue, Sharon, Pa., breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.
