LORDSTOWN -- General Motors' Lordstown Assembly Plant will work one shift of workers on overtime Saturday to make up for production that was lost Tuesday because of a temporary problem with a supplier.
The plant already has two shifts of overtime scheduled on both March 9 and March 23 in order to boost production. GM is asking for more Chevrolet Cavaliers and Pontiac Sunfires because of increased demand in Canada and new financing incentives that are to be offered.
