Crime: Probation violation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Details: Tharrington's last known address was in New Jersey, but he is believed to be living in Youngstown.
Description of subject: Tharrington is black, 31, 5 feet 9 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes and weighs about 195 pounds.
