Symphony guild schedules fund-raiser March 2 at Powers



Proceeds from the black-tie event will benefit the orchestra.
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Youngstown Symphony Guild will hold a masquerade ball March 2 at Edward W. Powers Auditorium.
The black-tie event will begin with a social hour at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:30 and dancing. The evening also will feature drawings for several prizes.
Invitations may be obtained by calling the symphony center at (330) 744-4269. All proceeds will benefit the orchestra.
Arrangements: Planning the event under the direction of Suzyn Schwebel-Epstein, guild president, are Susan Huber and Jeanne Simeone, co-chairmen. On the committee are Stephanie Hunter, Carol Sankovic, Flora Cafaro, Mary Kay Zockle, Phyllis Wilkie, Amy Rondinelli, Juanita Williams, Beverly Gronvall, Jackie Motsinger, Pam Hirko, Shari Carlozzi, Pat Kavic, Katie Ricciutti and Mary Walton.
The event is being sponsored by the guild in partnership with Komara Jewelers in Cornersburg and Lexus of Akron-Canton.
