Junior women's league plans spring style show March 10

The event will benefit Beatitude House and Ursuline Sisters HIV/AIDS Ministry.
BOARDMAN -- Boardman-Poland Junior Women's League will sponsor the second annual spring style show and luncheon March 10 at Antone's Banquet Centre, 8578 Market St.
Doors will open at 12:30 p.m. and the luncheon will be served at 1. The afternoon event will continue with the style show at 2 followed by an auction. Proceeds will benefit the Beatitude House and the Ursuline Sisters HIV/AIDS Ministry.
Local news personalities and league members will serve as models.
To attend: Tickets are $20 a person and are available at Rainbow Comics, 7510 Market St., or by calling (330) 758-3268. They also may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to P.O. Box 3412, Boardman, Ohio 44512, listing the number of tickets requested and enclosing a check payable to BPJWL. Requests must be received by Saturday, and tickets will be mailed out by March 1.
League members involved with making arrangements for the fund-raiser are Karen Augustine, general chairman; Linda Fabian, donations; Bethann Zoldan, decorations chairman, and Nina Lowery, co-chairman; Charlene Mercure, publicity; Karen DeLucia, workforce; Kathy Menelle, ways and means; and Noreen Burke, treasurer.
