NEGRIL, Jamaica -- Sandal's Resort and Spa was the setting at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 13 as Jessica M. Oaks and R. Allen Hodge, both of 47287 state Route 558, New Waterford, were united in marriage.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple were honored at a postnuptial reception Feb. 2 at Fonderlac Country Club, New Springfield.
The daughter of Gary Oaks, 422 Mayham Road, Carrollton, and Lynn Oaks, Washingtonville, and the son of Ron and Eleanor Hodge of Enon Valley, Pa., live in New Waterford.
The bride wore a strapless white organza gown embellished with periwinkle and silver beads and crystals. It was designed with a corset-style back and a sweep train.
A graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in applied science and a master's in business administration, the bride is a controlling manager with Hodge Construction Inc., New Waterford.
The groom is president of Hodge Construction. He graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree and an executive master's in business administration.
