General requirements
Mahoning County Children Services Board's foster-care program is seeking married and single people to provide a temporary home for children. Children placed in foster care have been abused, neglected or found dependent. They range from birth to age 18 and come from a variety of backgrounds. The agency especially is in need of black and Hispanic homes. The requirements:
You must be age 21 or older.If a couple, you must be married for one or more years.You may have a house or rent an apartment as long as there is enough room to accomodate another child.You must be in good health.You may have children.You must have proof of a steady income.
