Diners can raise funds for foundation

HERMITAGE, Pa. -- Ten Mercer County restaurants will participate in the Arc of Mercer County Foundation's Cuisine of the County fund-raising program Thursday. The restaurants will donate a portion of each diner's bill between 4 and 10 p.m. that day to the foundation to support the Mercer County Association for the Retarded Inc. The participating restaurants are: Crystal Room at The Radisson Hotel, Hickory Bar & amp; Grille, Hickory VFW Banquet Center, Iron Bridge Inn, Jess's, Michael's Cafe at Hermitage Shop 'n Save, Quaker Steak & amp; Lube, Rachel's, Springfield Grille, and The Wave.
