Tom Hall and his family have been manufacturing vinyl fences and decks since 1987, and their business has grown to include four companies:
Advantage Vinyl: Based in downtown Youngstown, the company manufactures and distributes vinyl decking, fencing and gazebos.
All Vinyl Fences and Decks: Based in Southington, a retail sales business.
Alphakote: Based in Youngstown, it is the coating division, specializing in color coating vinyl fencing and deck materials.
Light & amp; Lasting: Owned by Hall's mother and based in Youngstown; a retail and wholesale outlet for vinyl horse jump equipment.
