Pike mulls appeals race

LISBON -- Judge C. Ashley Pike of Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, is pondering a campaign for the 7th District Court of Appeals.
Judge Pike, 52, said this morning that he has taken out election petitions for the May 7 primary, but hasn't decided for sure whether he'll run. The filing deadline is Feb. 21.
There will be two openings on the four-member appeals court bench this year when judges Cheryl Waite and Joseph Vukovich's terms end.
