Draia anniversary is celebrated during family dinner party in Niles

YOUNGSTOWN -- Alberini's Restaurant in Niles was the setting Jan. 16 for a family dinner party held in observance of the 59th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Draia, 1307 Detroit Ave.
The couple's family includes Daniel and Barbara Draia of Ocoee, Fla., Jim and Dolores Tripp of Canfield; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Married Jan. 16, 1943, at Immaculate Conception Church, the couple are members of St. Matthias Church.
Mrs. Draia, the former Ethel Sanders, is a homemaker and a member of Infant Jesus Guild, Wild Flowers Garden Club and Wednesday Idlers Bowling League.
Mr. Draia was a partner with Foreman Tool and Die in Boardman prior to retiring in 1997. He is a member of the Holy Name Society, Mahoning Valley Olde Car Club and the Metropolitan Owners Club.
