XYOUNGSTOWN -- Rome was the honeymoon destination of Carmelena Anna Innocenzi, 7972 Aquadale Drive, and James Christopher Fleet, 7112 Sheldon Ave., who exchanged marriage vows Dec. 7 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Monsignor Michael Cariglio officiated at the 1 p.m. ceremony, and a reception was held at St. Mary Assumption Social Center.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Innocenzi of Boardman, and the groom is a son of Barbara Fleet of Boardman and the late John Fleet.
The bride's sheath gown was embellished with sequins and pearls and styled with a scalloped neckline and tapered sleeves.
Honor attendant was Michele Vecchione. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Detesco, Rachelle Fleet, Crissy Fleet, Lisa Jones, Stephanie Katsaras, Marah Averell, Cara Scarney, Natalie Vecchione and Lori Heydle. They wore red ensembles. Junior bridesmaid was Samantha Jones and flower girl, Sabrina Jones.
Daniel Fleet served as best man. Groomsmen were Dr. Anthony E. Innocenzi, John Fleet, Shawn Fleet, Mark Lisco, Jimmy Nolfi, Michael Vecchione, Tommy Gizzi, John Vecchione and Joe Flicky. Junior groomsmen were William Hill and Johnny Fleet and ring bearer, Jacob Fleet.
Mr. and Mrs. Fleet both graduated with a bachelor's degrees in psychology from Youngstown State University where he is pursuing a degree in electrical engineeering and she is a working toward a teaching certificate in special education.
The newlyweds live in Youngstown.
