PHILADELPHIA -- Keith Primeau and Mark Recchi scored power-play goals 59 seconds apart in the third period for Philadelphia. Mike Modano and Jason Arnott scored for Pacific Division-leading Dallas.
Red Wings 2, Islanders 2
UNIONDALE, N.Y. -- Luc Robitaille's third-period goal completed Detroit's comeback into a tie with the New York Islanders. Igor Larionov also scored for Detroit, which has earned points in seven of eight games (5-1-2-0).
Sharks 3, Canadiens 1
MONTREAL -- Patrick Marleau had a goal and an assist, and Evgeni Nabokov made 23 saves to lead San Jose over Montreal. Mike Rathje and Teemu Selanne also scored for San Jose, which won for the fifth time in seven games (5-1-0-1) to improve to 13-13-2-3. The Sharks have earned points in all but one game since coach Ron Wilson took over for the fired Darryl Sutter (4-1-0-1).
Flames 3, Predators 0
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Roman Turek, playing his 12th straight game, stopped 23 shots as Calgary beat Nashville. Steve Begin scored in the first period and Martin Gelinas and Craig Conroy had goals 45 seconds apart in the second for the Flames.
Wild 4, Oilers 3, OT
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Richard Park scored the tying goal in the third period and then won it 4:43 into overtime as Minnesota beat Edmonton for the first time. Minnesota had been 0-7-2-3 against Edmonton. Rookie forward Kyle Wanvig scored his first NHL goal for the Wild.
Blackhawks 3, Canucks 2
CHICAGO -- Kyle Calder scored a power-play goal with one second left to lift Chicago over Vancouver. Calder connected from the edge of the crease after Alex Zhamnov shot the puck at Vancouver goaltender Dan Cloutier from the left point. Jocelyn Thibault stopped 28 shots, and Mark Bell and Sergei Berezin scored goals 1:47 apart in the second period for the Blackhawks.
Kings 6, Blues 2
LOS ANGELES -- Eric Belanger capped his first career hat trick with a short-handed, empty-net goal and Los Angeles Kings scored a season-high three power-play goals and beat St. Louis. Jaroslav Modry, Bryan Smolinski and Ziggy Palffy all scored with the man advantage.
