YOUNGSTOWN -- Holy Bible Church of God will celebrate its 22nd church anniversary with two events.
At 5 p.m. today, there will be a presentation of a play, "Does God Have an Appointment?," written, produced and directed by Tanya D. Payne.
At 6 p.m. next Saturday, there will be a presentation of a royal court for church youths at the Elm Tree in Struthers. For ticket information, call (330) 782-8559.
Christmas concert
BESSEMER, PA. -- A Christmas concert with Marty Rotella will be at 3 p.m. Dec. 22 at Christ The King Parish. An offering will be taken. He will also perform at all Masses that day. Call (724) 667-7721.
Lessons and carols
YOUNGSTOWN -- A service of lessons and carols will be at 10:45 a.m. Sunday in First Presbyterian Church. It will include the Sheet & amp; Tube Brass Quartet and the Motet Choir. Bible stories will be read during seven lessons.
Chorale to perform
WARREN -- Blessed Sacrament Church will present the 50-member Notre Dame Chorale from South Bend, Ind., in concert at 4 p.m. Jan. 5. A potluck dinner will follow. Call (330) 372-2215 to make reservations.
Mime to perform
WARREN -- First United Methodist Church of Warren will present mime Wesley Brainard at 10:45 a.m. Sunday. Brainard, an honors graduate from the Marcel Marceau School of Mime in Paris, will present the Gospel of Luke in mime. An offering will be taken.
Lessons and carols
WARREN -- Christ Episcopal Church will present its 20th Annual Festival of Lessons and Carols at 7 p.m. Dec. 22.
Holiday performance
YOUNGSTOWN -- Cornerstone Chapel's Straight Street Ministries will present the Christmas play "Every Knee Shall Bow," at 11 a.m. Sunday.
Christmas sing
ROGERS -- The annual Christmas carol sing will be at the Williamsport Chapel near Beaver Creek State Park at 7 p.m. today.
