A 90-day extension on the option with RSA Corp. to buy the site between the Market Street and South Avenue bridges for the civic center project. The owner has to work out some easement issues before the sale can be completed, the city said. The sale could be executed by month's end, the city said.
A 10-year, 75-percent tax abatement for Zarlingo Paving, which will invest $212,000 in a new facility in the Salt Springs Road industrial park.
A $10,000 facade renovation loan for the YouthBuild program to improve a North Side building for its new office.
A $10,000 facade renovation loan for the West Side Sparkle Market on Mahoning Avenue.
A $10,000 facade renovation loan for U.S. Trading Inc. on Poland Avenue.
Adding $10,650 to a contract for MS Consultants on a sewer project for work added after the original contract.
