County fire chiefs to install officers

Newly elected officers of Mahoning County Fire Chiefs Association will be installed at the organization's Jan. 1 meeting.
Inducted will be Fire Chief John O'Neill of Youngstown, president; Fire Chief Harold Milligan of Struthers, vice president; Fire Captain David Horvath of Campbell, secretary-treasurer; and Fire Chief Andrew Frost of Austintown, training coordinator.
