Bethany falls to Otterbein

WESTERVILLE -- Danielle Holbrook scored 17 points to lead four double-figure scorers as the Otterbein College women's basketball team defeated Bethany 85-73 Wednesday.
Kelly Richardson hit for 23 points and Jenny Place had 20 points for the Bisons (6-2). The Cardinals are 5-1.
Daemen 84, Geneva 66
BUFFALO, NY -- Joanna Daugenti and Jessica Ruddell each scored 17 points for the Lady Warriors.
Geneva was keyed by Jen Rawding with 14 points while Ali Cananzi canned 11 more.
Daemen led 39-38 at halftime.
Grove City 75, Hiram 39
HIRAM -- Abby Moose shot 8-for-14 and finished with 22 points for Grove City (1-6).
Hiram (0-4) trailed 27-23 at intermission but was outscored 48-16 in the final 20 minutes.
Terra Roane, Amand Hummel and Joanna Wight scored nine points each for Hiram.
Men
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Nate Maurer, Tanner Prosser, Phil Bushre and Andy Vlajkovich scored 14, 13, 13 and 11 points respectively, as Grove City defeated La Roche 77-57.
Vlajkovich is a graduate of Canfield High School.
Grove City is 5-0 for the first time since 1982.
Dom Joseph finished with 19 points and 10 rebounds for La Roche (2-3).
