HARTFORD, Conn. -- Ben Gordon scored 16 of his 18 points in the second half as No. 9 Connecticut rallied from a 21-point deficit to beat Massachusetts 59-48 Tuesday night.
The Huskies (6-0) managed just nine points in the first half on 4-for-26 shooting (15 percent) and trailed 30-9 at the break. But Connecticut made six 3-pointers in the first 10 minutes of the second half, getting two apiece from Gordon, Denham Brown and Rashad Anderson.
Anthony Anderson led Massachusetts (1-5) with 13 points.
No. 12 Kentucky 76, Tulane 60
NEW ORLEANS -- Keith Bogans scored 21 points -- the fourth time this season he's topped 20 points -- for Kentucky.
Bogans hit 5-of-5 from 3-point range as Kentucky outshot the Green Wave 55 percent to 43 percent from the field, and 56 percent to 43 percent in 3-pointers. Bogans also had a career-high six steals.
The Wildcats (5-1) took the lead less than two minutes into the game and never trailed. Waitari Marsh led Tulane (3-5) with 19 points.
No. 15 Illinois 80, Eastern Illinois 68
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Freshman Dee Brown scored 25 points -- including 12 of 19 as Illinois took control early in the second half -- and Brian Cook added 21 for the Fighting Illini.
The Illini (6-0) led by four points early in the second half, when they took advantage of six turnovers by Eastern Illinois (3-5) to extend their lead to 15. Brown had two 3-pointers during the surge, and was 5-of-8 from beyond the arc and 10-of-14 overall.
Henry Domercant, the nation's eighth-leading scorer at 25 points per game, had 30 for the Panthers.

Minnesota 86, Arkansas-Little Rock 84
MINNEAPOLIS -- Michael Bauer hit two free-throws in the extra frame to seal an overtime victory for Minnesota (5-1). Minnesota is now 4-1 in overtime under Dan Monson.
Minnesota led 33-23 in the first half but squandered the lead as Arkansas-Little Rock (4-3) went on a 10-3 scoring run to hold a 46-44 advantage at halftime. Rick Rickert finished the half with 10 to pace the Golden Gophers.
In the second half, Minnesota battled with Arkansas-Little Rock until Jerry Holman's tip-dunk brought the Gophers to a 74-71 lead. However, UALR's Nick Zachery's hit a deep three-pointer to tie the score and send the game into overtime.
Minnesota controlled overtime taking an 84-79 advantage until UALR's Zachery hit another trey and brought the Trojans within two. Bauer's key free throws with 51 seconds left sealed the win.
Rickert led all scorers with 25 points and seven rebounds.
Three other Gophers managed double figures with Ben Johnson scoring 14 points, Maurice Hargrow 13, and Jerry Holman 11.
Minneapolis native Jibrahn Ike led Arkansas-Little Rock with 20 points on 8-of-15 shooting.
Iowa 63, N. Iowa 54
IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Glen Worley scored 17 points and Brody Boyd hit a key 3-pointer to lead Iowa to victory over Northern Iowa, extending the Hawkeyes' home winning streak over the Panthers to 19 games.
Leading 50-45, Northern Iowa (2-3) had a chance to win in Iowa City for the first time. But Iowa (6-1) toughened defensively and pulled away, Boyd hitting a 3-pointer to trigger a game-ending 13-4 run.
Boyd finished with 12 points. David Gruber led Northern Iowa with 15 points and 12 rebounds.
