Show for the needy
AUSTINTOWN -- Steppin' Out Dance Center in Girard will stage a holiday show to raise funds and collect food for the needy.
The production will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Woodside Elementary School off Meridian Road.
It will feature dancers age 4 to adult and a competition team dancing to holiday music. Admission cost is two cans of food or $2.

Christmas play
YOUNGSTOWN -- "Cosmic Christmas Play," a drama based on the book "Cosmic Christmas" by Max Lucado, will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Mill Creek Baptist Church, 2007 S. Schenley Ave. Admission is free.
