NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Abi Ramsey scored 15 of her career-high 18 points in the first half when ninth-ranked Vanderbilt established a huge cushion. Chantelle Anderson had 22 points for Vanderbilt (5-1). The Commodores led 56-13 at halftime, the biggest margin at the break in the program's history. Vanderbilt led Towson State by 40 points at the half in a 105-46 victory Feb. 21, 1995. Wisconsin-Milwaukee (3-5) went more than nine minutes without a point in the first half.
No. 11 Penn State 82, St. Joseph's 56
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Kelly Mazzante scored 30 points, and 11th-ranked Penn State used a pair of 10-0 runs to suppress St. Joseph's. Tanisha Wright added 23 points, and Ashli Schwab had nine rebounds for Penn State (7-1). Stephanie Graff led Saint Joseph's (2-4) with 18 points. Mazzante began one of the runs by hitting a jumper 10 seconds into the second half. Schwab's basket capped the surge 2 1/2 minutes later with Penn State in front 46-31.

AUSTIN, Texas -- Reserve Alicia Sare scored 17 points as Texas posted its third blowout victory at home. Heather Schreiber added 14 points, Stacy Stephens 12 and Coco Reed 10 for the Longhorns (3-2). The victory over TCU (3-4) opened a four-game home stand for Texas, which has struggled badly in two losses away from the Frank Erwin Center. The Longhorns have won their three home games by an average score of 91-38.
