UForum Health at Home, throughout October and November at the Eastwood Mall Community Health Connection, Niles, vaccines are $15 or free to anyone with traditional Medicare coverage. The schedule is: Oct. 29 and Nov. 5, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Nov. 19, noon to 5 p.m.; and Nov. 7, noon to 5 p.m.

Healthy Woman speaker
COLUMBIANA -- Award-winning medical journalist Dr. Holly Atkinson is the keynote speaker at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield's Healthy Woman program at the Dutch Village Inn, 150 E. state Route 14 on Wednesday. The program is open only to clients of the Morris Financial Group; members of the Salem, East Liverpool, Calcutta and Lisbon chambers of commerce; and Columbiana County members of the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber as well as members of area women's clubs and the hospitals' boards of trustees.
Poster competition
CLEVELAND -- The theme for the 3rd Art for Life poster competition for the 2002/2003 school year, sponsored by LifeBanc and the Cleveland Eye Bank, is organ and tissue donation. It is open to students in grades nine to 12 in eight counties, including Mahoning and Trumbull, to compete for cash prizes totaling $1,000. The deadline for submission is March 3.
