BAZAARS/CRAFT SHOWS
XSt. Elizabeth Health Center Auxiliary will sponsor a Christmas craft show from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday in the Park Avenue lobby. Proceeds will benefit the Reach program.
XSpringfield Local Schools PTO will sponsor an arts and crafts bazaar from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the school, Route 170, New Middletown. The event will feature craft vendors, demonstrations, drawings, Chinese auction, bake sale, pictures with Santa, food, free gifts for kids and more. Those attending are asked to take a can of food for donation to the community food basket program.
RAFFLES
XGreater Warren Credit Union is conducting a holiday raffle to benefit the Warren Relay for Life. Tickets are available for two fully decorated Christmas trees and a Mountain Furry Road Master mountain bike. Tickets are $1 each or six tickets for $5 and are available at the two Greater Warren Credit Union locations, 3991 Mahoning Ave. N.W. and 1577 Woodland St. N.E. Drawings will be held Friday. SPECIAL EVENTS
XNew Waterford Lions Club will sponsor a Visit with Santa from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the home of Jon Straey, 3852 W. Main St., New Waterford, where Santa's white fire truck will be parked in front and 50 Christmas trees have been decorated. Each child will receive a free photo with Santa, and there will be free refreshments and a bake sale.
