NORTH LIMA Sheely's airs holiday ads with new cast of children

The store has received hundreds of favorable comments about the annual commercials.
NORTH LIMA -- Sheely's Furniture & amp; Appliance has updated its annual holiday commercials with a new cast of young actors.
The new television commercial features a singing, flying angel, but there also are complementary radio ads. The spots began running locally and in Pittsburgh at Thanksgiving and will continue until Christmas.
Dale and Sherry Sheely, store owners, said they decided to update the "Every day's a holiday" commercials, which have been running each holiday season since 1997.
Sherry Sheely said the commercials have been well-received, with the store receiving hundreds of cards, letters, e-mails and phone calls from people who have liked them.
Prodigal Media of Boardman collaborated with Mainsail Music of Canfield to select the cast and put together the commercials.
"These kids put a tremendous amount of heart and effort into making this spot look graceful and effortless," said Matt Mighell of Prodigal Media, who directed the latest commercials. "Our community has a wealth of talented and wonderful kids."
The cast of children is: Erin Burke of Canfield, Katy Collins of Youngstown, Michael Collins of Youngstown, Krista Gierlach of Poland, Jared Knecht of Wilmington, N.C., formerly of Boardman, Kayla LaGamba of New Middletown, Sarah Mighell of Leetonia, Rosalyn Jo Neddy of Canfield, Ashley Powell of Youngstown and Harold Waychoff of Youngstown.
