Mark D. Thellman, 52, Rhode Island Drive, Youngstown; illegal processing of drug documents, two counts of deception to obtain dangerous drugs.
Charlotte Moreland, 24, Elm Street, Youngstown; arson.
Gary L. Booth, 47, Willis Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine trafficking, two counts of cocaine possession.
Jeannie Carter, 37, West Hylda Avenue, Youngstown; two counts of cocaine possession.
Aaron Todessa, 19, Whipple Avenue, Campbell; two counts of burglary.
Lloyd D. Greenwalt Sr., 40, Cumberland Drive, Youngstown; illegal possession of weapon.
