XKeith and Stacie (Marshall) Blair of Manteca, Calif., are announcing the birth of their first child, a daughter, McKenzie Ann, Nov. 10 in Walnut Creek, Calif. The infant's grandparents are Sally Marshall of North Lima, Thomas Marshall of Alliance, Don and Patt Hopper of Copperopolis, Calif., and Phil and Faye Blair of San Jose, Calif. The child's great-grandmothers are Ann Jones of Boardman and Mary Marshall of Struthers.
