EMT certification
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- The Center for Rural Emergency Medicine is registering students for its spring 2002 emergency medical technician (EMT) certification course. Lions Awareness Day
BOARDMAN -- The 18th annual Lions Awareness Day will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday in the center concourse of the Southern Park Mall. The event is being sponsored by Lion and Lioness clubs in Zone 5, which is made up of Austintown, Boardman, Canfield, New Middletown, Poland and Struthers. Demonstrations will be featured, and free sight screening, blood pressure testing and blood oxygen screening will be available. Information and free entertainment also will be featured.
