MICHELE TABAKMARK ACKWORTH
XCAMPBELL -- St. Joseph the Provider Church was the setting at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 26 as the Rev. Michael Swierz presided for the wedding of Michele M. Tabak and Mark W. Ackworth.
Parents of the bride are John and Elaine Tabak, 521 Porter Ave. Mr. Ackworth is a son of Jim and Mary Johnston, 39 Spring St., Hubbard.
The couple were honored at a reception at St. Lucy Parish Center and spent their honeymoon in Niagara Falls, Canada.
They are living at 758 Jones St., Hubbard.
The bride's white gown featured a halter-style neckline trimmed with sequins, pearls and lace. The skirt flowed to a cathedral train.
Her sister, Tammy Tabak of Hubbard, was maid of honor, and bridesmaid was LeAnne Ricciardi of Strongsville, the groom's sister. Junior bridesmaid was the groom's daughter, Ashley Ackworth of Hubbard. They wore cranberry-colored gowns.
Matt Johnston of Hubbard performed the duties of best man for his brother, and groomsman was John Tabak Jr. of Austintown, the bride's brother.
Mrs. Ackworth graduated from Ken-Delle Beauty Academy in Boardman and is a hairstylist at Diane's Cut-Away in Hubbard.
Her husband is employed by the electrical department for the city of Hubbard. He served four years in the U.S. Navy.
