XPOLAND -- A reception was held Oct. 26 in the Grand Ballroom at Stambaugh Auditorium to honor James Andrew Melone and his bride, the former Karen Marie Romano, after their 11:30 a.m. wedding at Holy Family Church.
The Rev Donald King officiated for the daughter of Joseph and Rose Marie Romano, 7378 Oak Drive, and the son of David and Lynn Melone, 6766 Tanglewood Drive, Boardman.
The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, and live at 7349 Eisenhower Drive, Boardman.
The bride's white silk gown featured a full skirt and chapel train.
Gold gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Kiersten Lattanzio, and the bridesmaids, Michelle Masucci, Christine Reali Miller, Wendy Grohovsky, Molly Miller, Alexa Saba, Amy Romano, Denise Romano, Deborah Huck, Lisa Melone and Karen Kirkland. Kristen Huck was flower girl.
Best man was David Melone, and groomsmen were Dominic Triveri, Jason Triveri, Chad Miller, Keith Spitler, Scott Rogers, Tho-mas Testa, Gary Knittle, David Smith, Joseph Romano, David Romano and Keith Huck. Ring bearers were Anthony Lattanzio and Dante Romano.
The bride, an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Mahoning County Prosecutor's Office, Youngstown, is a graduate of Youngstown State University and Thomas M. Colley Law School in Lansing, Mich.
The groom, a graduate of Ohio University, Athens, and Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Cleveland, has a practice in Struthers.
