2 Campbell men indicted on robbery and rape charges

WARREN -- The Trumbull County grand jury indicted two Campbell men Friday on numerous charges, including aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
The jury indicted Christopher McBride, 20, of Bennington Avenue, and Jamal Bullock, 30, of Liberty Road, on two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of rape, two counts of kidnapping and one count each of receiving stolen property and burglary.
The two are being held in the county jail and are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in the courtroom of Judge Andrew Logan.
Hubbard city Detective Robert Altiere said the two entered the home of a Parkview Avenue, Hubbard, woman last Saturday and threatened her with a knife. Altiere said that while McBride sexually assaulted the woman, who is in her 50s, Bullock went through the house and took jewelry. They were driving a car that was reported stolen from Youngstown, Altiere said.
Detective Michael Begeot of Hubbard Township police said the two are accused of robbing a Shadyside Drive woman in her 70s later that day. Begeot said the two took jewelry and the woman's car.
