THE VINDICATOR | Contest winners

Children from throughout the Mahoning Valley and other areas entered this year's Vindicator Coloring Contest. First-place winners received bicycles; second-place winners received $100 U.S. Savings Bonds; and third-place winners received $50 savings bonds. The winners:
