Rosanna Miller, Patrick Howlett will exchange vows Sept. 20

Rosanna Miller of Poland and Patrick Howlett of Dayton are announcing plans for their late-summer wedding.
The couple will be married during an open ceremony at 4 p.m. Sept. 20 at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for a reception to be held that evening.
Ms. Miller is a student at Youngstown State University pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, and is employed as account manager at Valley Office Equipment in Boardman.
Her fiance is manager of Ryan's Steak House in Dayton.
