GARRETTSVILLE -- W & amp;W Holdings, the parent company of Amweld Building Products, named Ronald P. Baldine as executive vice president. He had been the president of Amweld. Baldine will work on integrating acquisitions into the holding company. He is a resident of Hubbard and has earned a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and a master's degree from Case Western Reserve University.
SERVICE
NILES -- Shepherd of the Valley named Cathy Morris the residential care coordinator for assisted living at its Niles campus. Morris, a Sharpsville, Pa., resident, had been assistant director of nursing. Debbie McCleery of Warren has been named independent apartment services director there. She had owned The Garden Gate gift shop in Howland.
