Scrappers game is postponed

NILES -- Friday's Mahoning Valley Scrappers game against the New Jersey Cardinals was postponed after a thunderstorm hit Cafaro Field in the eighth inning.
The game was called with the score tied 8-8 with two outs in the top of the eighth inning.
The game will be completed today at 6 p.m. Another game will follow.
