Boat owners wishing to rent public boat docks at Ohio State Park lakes for 2003 have until Aug. 31 to enter lottery drawings for docks at Alum Creek, Buck Creek, Buckeye Lake, Cleveland Lakefront, Deer Creek, Delaware, Dillon, Grand Lake St. Marys, Lake Milton, Mosquito Lake, Paint Creek, Rocky Fork and West Branch state parks.
