SCOPE Howland Senior Center, 9273 High St. N.E., Warren, has scheduled an ABC luncheon and Italian polka party with music by Chuck Marx from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday. The cost is $3.50 in advance of $4 at the door. Reservations required. Family night and Chinese Harvest Moon Festival will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Aug. 28 featuring a dinner free to each person providing a potluck dish. Others will pay $2. Reservations are required. Card-playing lessons will be offered from 11 to 1 p.m. Tuesdays. Free computer classes will resume Sept. 9 and will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Call the center for details.
