CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Hickory Grove Baptist Church was the setting at 3 p.m. Aug. 1 for the wedding of Deanna Leigh Martin of Charlotte and Stephen Vincent Rosko, 20314 Willow Pond Road, Cornelius, N.C.
Parents of the bride are Brenda Coward of Greensboro, N.C., and Paul and Wanda Martin of Lexington, N.C. The groom's parents are Doug and Martha Runyan of Girard and Pete and Judi Rosko of Naples, Fla.
The Rev. Frank Mercer officiated, and a reception was held afterward at Hickory Grove Baptist North Campus in Harrisburg, N.C.
After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple live in Cornelius.
The bride's organza off-the-shoulder gown was enhanced with beading, and the skirt flowed into a scalloped chapel train.
Wisteria-colored gowns were worn by Sherry King, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Daphne Banzhof, Lisa Chandler, Melissa Guinn and Julie Jennings. Flower girls were Abigail Banzhof and Kersten King.
Ray Kuneli was best man, and groomsmen were Andy Davis, Todd Oshiro, Chris Rosko and Mike Rosko. Ring bearers were Ryan Rosko and Erik Rosko, and ushers were Kevin Martin and Kyle Martin.
The bride graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C., and is a systems engineer with Information Builders.
The groom, an art director with MPI Label Systems, graduated from Youngstown State University.
