CAMPBELL -- Monsignor Victor Romza officiated at 2:30 p.m. July 12 at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church for the wedding of Stacy Jean Morris, daughter of Leonard and Janet Morris of Struthers, and Samuel Lee Braun, son of Lee and Marcy Braun of Botkins.
A reception was held at The Georgetown in Boardman.
The couple honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico, and are living at 11931 Wapak-Fryburg Road, Wapakoneta.
The bride's white gown was designed with a square neckline and was trimmed with iridescent beads.
Rosanne Scott was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Kerri Morris, the bride's sister-in-law; Michelle Shali; Christina Hill; Jackie Heydle; and Sarah and Sybil Braun, the groom's sisters. They wore navy gowns. The bride's cousins, Emily Leatherman and Zoey Norman, were flower girls.
The duties of best man were performed by Robert Doseck, and groomsmen were Monte Morris, the bride's brother; Jacob and Patrick Watt, her cousins; Tod Vehorn; Kevin Koesters; and Rich Bartlett, the groom's brother-in-law. Ring bearer was Spencer Stutsman.
Mrs. Braun holds a bachelor's degree in English from Ohio State University in Columbus and is a reporter with The Wapakoneta Daily News.
Her husband earned a bachelor's degree in animal science from OSU and is employed at Provico Farm and Show Supply in Botkins.
