POLAND -- The wedding of Katherine Lyne Lamport and Nicholas Edward Glatzer took place at 4 p.m. July 13 at Poland United Methodist Church.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reid Lamport, 118 Massachusetts Ave. Mr. Glatzer is a son of Stephanie Glatzer, 207 Rainbow Drive, Bloomingdale.
The Rev. Mark Brungard officiated, and a reception was held at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
After a honeymoon trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple are living in Canton.
The bride was wearing a strapless, A-line, satin gown enhanced with pearl beading.
Her sister, Jessica Lamport, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Sara Zetts; Geri Lynn Stockman; Noelle Glatzer, the groom's sister; Lyndra Joseph; and Rebekah Johnston. They wore ice-pink gowns.
Ben Glatzer performed the duties of best man for his brother, and serving as groomsmen were Reid Lamport, the bride's brother; Derek Cook; Michael Mantos, the groom's cousin; Ryan Gerber; Clayton Smith; and Scott Knabe.
Mrs. Glatzer is a senior at Malone College in North Canton, where she is studying communications and broadcasting.
Her husband graduated from Malone with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. He is a kindergarten teacher at Hope Academy in Canton.
