Lisa DeFrank to be bride of David M. Neill

Announcement is being made by Patricia M. Whited, 3603 Shelby Road, Youngstown, and John DeFrank of Hubbard of the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Lynn DeFrank, 46 Ewing Road, Boardman, to David M. Neill, 6825 Lockwood Blvd., Boardman.
The prospective groom is a son of Joseph and Kathy Neill, 2124 Spring Ave., Ford City, Pa.
The couple have chosen Sept. 14 for their open ceremony to take place at 1:30 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Boardman. A reception by invitation will be held that evening at Mr. Anthony's, also in Boardman.
Miss DeFrank holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and is office manager for Security Title Agency, Boardman.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University in Erie, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in plastics engineering, her fiance is a plastics engineer at Boardman Molded Products.
