Route 164 closing
NEW PHILADELPHIA -- State Route 164 between Lisbon and Gavers in Columbiana County will be closed Aug. 27 for a culvert replacement. Ohio Department of Transportation crews expect to finish their work and reopen the road Aug. 29. Detours will be posted.
