Crime: Probation violation on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Site: Warrant issued out of Mahoning County Court in Boardman.
Description of subject: Clinkscale was last known to be living on Youngstown's North Side. She is black, 22, 5 feet tall and 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
