New members to get 10 trees for $10

The National Arbor Day Foundation will give 10 white flowering dogwood trees to each person who joins the organization during August.
The free trees are part of the nonprofit Foundation's Trees for America campaign. Trees will be shipped postpaid with instructions for planting between Oct. 15 and Dec. 10. The 6- to 12-inch trees are guaranteed to grow or they will be replaced. Members also receive a copy of "The Tree Book" and a subscription to the foundation's bimonthly publication Arbor Day.
To receive the trees, send a $10 membership contribution to TEN DOGWOODS, National Arbor Day Foundation, 100 Arbor Ave., Nebraska City, Neb. 68410, by Aug. 31.
