Mr. and Mrs. Gary Nilsson celebrate 25th anniversary on trip to Las Vegas

CANFIELD -- Mr. and Mrs. Gary Nilsson, 3610 Darbyshire Drive, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary Aug. 3 during a trip to Las Vegas.
The former Ruth Johnston and Mr. Nilsson were married Aug. 5, 1967, at St. Brendan Church in Youngstown.
Mrs. Nilsson is a receptionist and secretary at Pepsi Cola Co. in Youngstown. She is a member of St. Joseph Church in Austintown.
Retiring in October 2000, Mr. Nilsson was a machinist at the Ohio Lamp Plant of General Electric Corp., Warren. He was a machinist in the U.S. Air Force, having served from 1965-69.
Mr. and Mrs. Nilsson are members of the Eagles Club in Austintown and Youngstown Maennerchor Club.
They have two daughters, Kristin Nilsson-Ross of Chicago and Amy Murcko of Burghill. The family circle also includes two grandchildren.
