HUBBARD -- Wedding vows were exchanged at 3 p.m. July 13 at Hubbard First Presbyterian Church by Courtney Hamments and Geoffrey Helmlinger.
Parents of the bride are Phyllis and Arthur Kourian, Hubbard, and Robert Hamments of Encino, Calif. Mr. Helmlinger is a son of Jane and Randal Moomaw, Sugarcreek, and Anthony Helmlinger of Reynoldsburg.
The Rev. J. Larry Stewart officiated, and a reception was held at the Oak Tree Country Club in West Middlesex, Pa.
After a honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean, the couple are living in Brunswick.
The bride's strapless A-line gown was fashioned of satin and enhanced with embroidery.
Her sister, Amanda Hamments, was maid of honor wearing a periwinkle gown. Bridesmaids were Tasha Johnston; Melissa Koliha; Sarah Kourian, the bride's sister; Angie Mick; and Lindsay Moomaw, the groom's sister. They wore pale-blue gowns. The groom's cousin, Rachel Eustache, was flower girl.
Craig Hicks served as best man, and groomsmen were Matt Andreas, Seth Kienzle, Jeremy Miller, David Head and the groom's brother, Greg Moomaw. Adam Ponzio, the bride's cousin, was ring bearer.
The couple both graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with degrees in business and sports management.
Mrs. Helmlinger is a production administrator with Ryan Homes in Cleveland.
Her husband is an inside-sales representative with Graybar Electric Co. in Cleveland.
