CAMPBELL -- A honeymoon to Nashville, Tenn., followed the July 6 wedding of Joseph P. Carrier and his bride, the former Amy Jo M. Chambers, both of 94 Buell Ave., who exchanged vows before the Rev. John Trimbur during a ceremony at 1:30 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Church.
Later the newlyweds accepted congratulations during a reception at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church hall.
The bride, a daughter of Michael and Bonita Chambers of 25 Regent St., is employed by General Motors Corp. in Lordstown.
The groom, who is employed by Unimast Inc. in Warren, is a son of Leon and Mary Carrier, 164 Gladstone St.
The bride's gown of satin and re-embroidered lace was styled with contour sleeves, a princess panel skirt and chapel train.
Maid of honor was Maryann Bozichovich of Campbell, the bride's cousin, and matron of honor was Leona Chianello of Noblesville, Ind., sister of the groom. They wore Victorian lilac dresses.
Joseph P. Carrier Jr. of Boardman, the groom's son, served as best man, and groomsman was Robert Chambers of Campbell, the bride's brother. Ushers were Zachary Chianello of Noblesville, the groom's nephew and godson, and Jeffery Chianello of Noblesville, also his nephew.
Other participants were Teresa Sanchez and Robert and Miguel Sanchez, all of Campbell, the bride's cousins.
The couple live at the Buell Avenue address.
