Lisa Bukowski to be bride of Jeff England

LOWELLVILLE -- Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bukowski of Lowellville announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Marie Bukowski of Lowellville, to Jeff England of Poland.
Mr. England is a son of Robert England of Poland and Sandra England of Nevada. He graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and is co-president of England's Water Works in Boardman.
Miss Bukowski is director of marketing at England's Water Works and a graduate of the Median School in Pittsburgh.
The couple have planned an open wedding for 1 p.m. Sept. 21 at Our Lady of Holy Rosary Church. Invitations will be extended for a reception that evening at The Gallery in Hubbard.
