Rene & eacute; Kahler, John Carbone are engaged

STRUTHERS -- John and Joanne Carbone, 514 Creed St., are announcing the engagement of their son, John Carbone, 1783 E. Del Rio St., Gilbert, Ariz., to Rene & eacute; Michelle Kahler, also of the Del Rio Street address.
The bride-elect is a daughter of W.W. Lindsey Jr., 2773 Fawn Grove Court, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Emily C. Pine, 1060 Research Drive, Woodland Park, Colo.
Invitations will be extended for the couple's wedding to take place at 2 p.m. June 15 at St. Anne Church in Gilbert and for a reception that afternoon at Val Vista Lakes Club House, also in Gilbert.
Ms. Kahler graduated from Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz., and is promotions director for Earnhardt Auto Centers in Tempe.
Mr. Carbone holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Kent State University and is a registered nurse at Mesa Lutheran Hospital in Mesa, Ariz.
