GREENVILLE, Pa. -- Grove City (10-12) captured its second consecutive Presidents Athletic Conference championship. Sophomore Greg Grupp of Harmon, Pa. (Slippery Rock High School), threw a five-hitter over eight innings, fanning six. Senior Eric Bell of Grove City had two hits. Thiel sophomore Joe Vrona of Campbell took the loss, allowing six runs in six innings while striking out three. Vrona also had three hits.

Geneva: Freshman Natalie Vidnovic ran 59.99 to win the 400-meter and finished third in the 200 at Saturday's American Mideast Conference championships. Geneva finished second behind Malone College.
