DENTISTRY
WARREN -- Dr. Christopher T. Bart is accepting patients at his new dental practice at 5153 Mahoning Avenue in Warren. Dr. Bart earned his doctoral degree in dental medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and attended Washington and Jefferson College. He completed residencies at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown and in the anesthesia program at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland. He practiced previously in Pittsburgh. Dr. Bart is on the active staff at Forum Health and is on the teaching staff for the dental residency program at Northside Medical Center. He lives in Warren.
TECHNOLOGY
BOARDMAN -- Maurina Hanna has been named president of Bishara Computer Systems Inc., a computer software and consultation company, succeeding John Bishara, the company founder. A Boardman resident, Hanna graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School and Youngstown State University and joined the company in 1983.
INDUSTRY
YOUNGSTOWN -- Cold Metal Products has named Joseph C. Goff general manager of its Youngstown plant. Goff came to the company from Allegheny Process Equipment Co. in Pittsburgh, where he was general manager, and he has held various other managerial positions in manufacturing and industrial engineering during his 25-year career. He has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Geneva College.
HEALTH CARE
AUSTINTOWN -- Steve Krall, an Austintown resident, has been appointed director of the department of patient transport and parking at University Hospitals of Cleveland. He had been manager of patient transportation for the hospitals.
SALES
COLUMBIANA -- Michelle Pelino of Columbiana is a new sales consultant for Tastefully Simple Inc., a national direct-sales company based in Alexandria, Minn. Consultants conduct in-home presentations of gourmet food items.
