May 11-12: Spring Gas Up. Two-day flea market and Sunday restoration dinner and garden tractor pull. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; $2.
May 17-19: Buckeye Spring Startup. Coon dog trials, night hunts, bench show, treeing contest and related flea market. Gates open at 8 a.m. Friday.
June 1: Northeastern Ohio Horse Pullers Association sanctioned horse pull, with approximately 25 teams pulling in two classes. Weigh-in at 10 a.m., pull starts at 1 p.m.; $2.
July 5-7: Ashtabula County Antique Engine Club's 21st Annual Show, featuring Allis Chalmers equipment and Fairbank Morse engines, flea market, crafts and continuous displays. Friday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; $3 (exhibitors, members and children under 12 free).
Aug. 16-17: Bluegrass Festival. Friday, 7 p.m. to midnight; $8. Saturday, noon to midnight; $10. Two-day ticket, $15.
Sept. 8: Antique Automobile Club of America Lakelands Region Car Show. Seven car classes, swap meet, crafts, collectibles and antique tractor pull. 1 p.m.; $2, children under 12 free.
Sept. 21-22: Fall Show. Two-day flea market and Sunday restoration dinner. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; $2.
Sept. 27-29: Buckeye Roundup. Coon dog trials, night hunt, bench show, treeing contest and flea market. Gates open at 8 a.m. Friday.
